TRX Suspension Trainer Classes

Get ready to work as hard as you like, or as moderately as you need! A maximum of 6 class participants means you’ll have the room to move and friends to suffer with. Suspension training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core strength simultaneously. TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and the user’s bodyweight to complete hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise- because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. TRX classes will be Thursdays, call us to book your spot!

Diana Klaassen brings extensive training in STOTT Pilates and multiple fitness systems to her practice. She specializes in working with clients at all levels—from beginners building foundational strength to athletes refining their performance. Diana’s approach emphasizes proper technique, gradual progression, and creating a supportive environment where you can challenge yourself safely.
