Tashina Van Vlack

Tashina completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia in 2012. Prior to, she completed a Bachelor of Science of Kinesiology at the University of New Brunswick, where she was a member of the women’s varsity basketball team.

Since graduating Tashina has worked hard to further her knowledge and skills to help maximize her patients recovery. She is currently in the process of completing additional certifications in manual therapy and has completed her Acupuncture and Functional Dry Needling (IMS) certification. 

Always looking for a challenge and opportunity to learn, Tashina enjoys working closely with patients to set goals and redefine perceptions of injury, pain, and disability. While Tashina’s main focus has been to treat orthopaedic injuries, she has also been working at the University of Calgary for the Sport Injury Research Centre doing baseline concussion testing. She aims to empower her patients through self management techniques and specific exercise prescription. In her spare time, Tashina loves to run, bike, hike, lift weights, and do yoga.
