It is different from Traditional Pilates, as it involves a comprehensive treatment plan that goes beyond just fitness. The program begins with an individual assessment of the client’s physical abilities, identifying key issues and dysfunctional patterns. Exercises are then carefully selected and applied to the client, taking into account their specific injuries or conditions.

A 45-minute initial assessment with a physiotherapist is required to start the Clinical Pilates program. During this assessment, the physiotherapist will evaluate your physical function, diagnose any dysfunctions caused by pain, injuries, diseases, or conditions, and discuss your goals and treatment plans to maintain and improve your independence and prevent further dysfunction.

It’s important to note that a Physiotherapy Initial Assessment is a prerequisite for booking Clinical Pilates Physiotherapy Treatment. Additionally, Clinical Pilates treatments are covered under physiotherapy benefits. For your convenience, we offer direct billing.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
