Kirby Hogg

Kirby has always been interested in the anatomy and physiology of the human body, which makes massage therapy a perfect fit for her career choice. Her passion for restoring balance and ensuring overall well-being is something she strives to achieve with every one of her clients. Whether it be injury related, chronic pain or simply reducing stress in day-to-day life, Kirby is committed to delivering positive health outcomes for her clients.

Kirby is a 2200hr massage therapy graduate from Mount Royal University. Her treatment specialisations include deep tissue and therapeutic massage, trigger point release and myofascial work. She is continually learning and training to add new techniques to her massage therapy skill set such as RAPID NeuroFascial Rest. RAPID is a new soft tissue, movement-based therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous system’s role in alleviating tension and restrictions within muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Kirby has has completed the lower body course which includes treatment of the following conditions: shin splints, sciatica, plantar fascitis, knee problems and Mortons Neuroma.

In her spare time Kirby loves to travel around the world, having spent time in Europe, South America and Australia. When closer to home she enjoys to mountain bike, play golf, cross country ski and practice yoga.
